With the vertical punch the thumb is locked down on top and fist should be tight when punch is delivered. It helps to lock the wrist and also the punch is more effective. Try it and you'll see the difference. Also notice the tightening of your forearm when tightening the fist.

The brachial strike is commonly taught in the military combat training, but just know that using this as a go to outside of that arena could cost you some lengthy jail/prison time. Knowledge is power and with great power comes great responsibility, be responsible and try to de escalate physical confrontations if possible.✌🏽

So, this video actually has nothing to do with the 327 Federal cartridge. It is nothing more than a pitch to sell a gimmicked rubber grip. No wonder that a month after posting, mine is the one and only comment. But, don't worry, you won't be catching me watching one of your videos again!!

Q Will there be more effect on the muscle spindles in a person who has greater muscle mass or will the nerves lie closer to the surface of an undeveloped physique? Also, with your training partners receiving these traumas regularly (?) could there not be internal damage to organs, in the longterm? Thanks

In my opinion Evan is one of the greatest martial teachers in the world today, maybe the greatest, but this whole bible thing, im not so sure, it reminds me of when John Lennon did the plastic Ono band, sometimes a genius needs to be pulled back to reality, the bible has absolutely nothing to do with kyusho.
