Finally toured one of their homes… I’d say based on first impressions, they are both very comparable. Both have exceptional attention to detail and quality. I don’t think you’ll go wrong with either choice.

Question, did you say the price of this home or the price range? I didn't catch it. Also, that garage looks like it is only a one car garage. If so that is a small garage for such a nice big house. On the west coast a home like that will almost always come with 3 car garages.

I didn’t mention the price because all the homes on this particular phase had just sold out… homes for the second phase (Meadows at Legacy Farms) are starting from the $650s. This model has a 3-car garage. The visible portion in the video is the 1 car addition which was an option.

Feedback received and welcomed… unfortunately the Elevators were locked by the builders; I’ll ensure they are unlocked for the next tours. What more would you have wanted to see showcased on the 2nd floor?
