Yeah it’s a superb route with great views of the mountain to one side and the ocean to the other! It’s ‘the’ running spot in Cape Town next to the Promenade in Sea Point;) thanks as always for the support!

Having run this particularly picturesque route both ways countless times, I knew I had to get it on film! It was great catching the hustle and bustle of Clifton via Victoria Road with what seemed like endless construction going on, but was treated to some stellar views on a crystal clear day and ending up on Camps Bay Beach was the cherry on top. Hope you enjoy tagging along!

The start of this trail is a steep descent down Plum Pudding Hill with expansive views of the city on a near perfect day, moving along another contour path on Table Mountain all the way down to the road! Really enjoyed this run and it was honestly the first time I ran this specific contour and was treated to some pretty majestic views. All in all, a fun outing and hope you enjoy tagging along!

Is there a fast way to get to the blockhouse? Or would I just have to park off at Rhodes memorial and walk up? And how long does the route extend out for? Would be cool to do a longer run. Thanks for sharing. Looks beautiful. Gonna give it a go sometime this weekend.

Walking up from Rhodes Memorial is the fastest way to get to the Blockhouse. The contour that I took in this video can take you as far as Kloof Nek which would extend the run to about 7km one way and can take the same road back to your car for a monster run. Just did this yesterday! Only the other way, from Saunders to Llandudno. Hands down the coolest run I've ever done. Came back to this to recollect my experience. Thanks for sharing.

This is the first run that I managed to record for over 1hr - it was incredibly tough - through the sugarcane fields of South Africa's East Coast in a province called KwaZulu-Natal. I moved along a sub-tropical forest in the Zinkwazi area with amazing views of the sugarcane fields, the ocean in the distance and even ran into two troops of monkeys that scampered away quickly when I reached them. Check out 26:58 for a glimpse of them! It was a special run and I hope you enjoy tagging along!

This was a stunner of a run that I've wanted to film for a long time, but always put it off as the road can get super busy and it's hard to concentrate when recording and for safety reasons! But, I ended up pulling the trigger and getting it done and was treated to such beautiful views of Table Mountain National Park to one side and the Atlantic ocean on the other. Highly recommend this run/coastal drive and hope you enjoy tagging along!

This was a new route that I uncovered recently and is now definitely one of my favorites! Running from Plum Pudding view point with the Southern Suburbs in the distance and moving closer to the mountain and Newlands Forest with its lush foliage and towering trees overhead with the sounds of nature as my music was so tranquil. Sorry for the slight glitch at around 13:06, not sure what happened there but hopefully won’t spoil what was an incredible morning spent snaking my way down the mountain from the popular Blockhouse trail all the way to the Vredehoek viewpoint at the bottom. Hope you enjoy tagging along!

This was such a lekker run on a pristine winter morning with the sun blazing overhead and spoiled with incredible views of Cape Town city and the beauty of Table Mountain throughout. The latter half of the run was an uphill battle, but "summiting" the start of the Plum Pudding MTB trail with its expansive view of the greater Cape Town area and Southern Suburbs shrouded in fog was a treat. Hope you all enjoyed tagging along!

One of my new favourite trails along the imposing mass of Table Mountain via the jeep track, traversing ups and downs, twists and turns, crossing streams and baking in the winter morning sun. This was hands down the hardest run I've recorded to date, especially on the return with a heavy uphill battle holding my filming equipment in one hand and trying to push myself ahead with the other hand, but super stoked with the result! Hope you enjoy tagging along!

Signal Hill is a super popular hiking/trail running spot that offers splendid views of Sea Point and connects to Lion's Head via Lion's Head Path. Stick with the run till the end to witness Cape Town's CBD and the iconic Table Mountain in all its splendor. Hope you enjoy tagging along!

Green Point Park by the DHL stadium is one of my favourite places in Cape Town for two reasons. The park is a perfect escape from city life with its luscious landscaping and water features where nature and humans come together in harmony. The other is heading to the stadium on weekends to catch a spot of rugby and a couple of beers with my mates. Hope you enjoy tagging along!

Moments before tackling this beautiful trail I nearly ran on top of a puff adder 🐍 lazing about in the sun. Needless to say, running back the way I passed it was a little bit daunting, but that's what I love about nature and the great outdoors. Hope you enjoy tagging along!

This was a fun little run in a quaint residential area by Swartvlei Lake that moves right along the Sedgefield Island ending up on the sand bank with flocks of indigenous birds everywhere. Hope you enjoy tagging along!

The Pipe Track is one of those trails that I've hit more times than I can count - and it's not hard to explain why. With absolutely beautiful views of Camps Bay below and Lion's Head in the distance, this is a popular favorite with hikers and trail runners. Hope you enjoy tagging along!

Visited some amazing friends that introduced the epic Cloud 9 trail to me in the sleepy little town of Sedgefield. It was one of those perfect weather days with literally no one in sight and the whole trail to myself with some stunning views of the Swartvlei lake and surrounding area. Running to Kalk Bay Harbour via the Muizenberg Catwalk is such a fun run with so much going on with the train track on one side and the ocean on the other. Never know what you're going to see or who you're going to bump into, and I was in for a surprise right at the end of the run. Hope you enjoy tagging along!

One of the toughest runs I've filmed yet, this trail run over Signal Hill offers pretty expansive views of Cape Town's City Bowl and the famous Table Mountain with some great views of Lion's Head as I worked my way around via Signal Hill Road to the Kloof Nek Guns. Hope you enjoy tagging along!

Boyes Drive is one of the most picturesque places to run in the Kalk Bay/Muizenberg area and I've probably run hundreds of kilometers here training for the Two Oceans/Cape Town Marathon over the years. Hope you enjoy tagging along!

Ran along Hout Bay Beach a few weeks ago and decided to record this shorter warm up run to capture the beautiful scenery with the mountains in the background in one of my favorite places in Cape Town. Hout Bay has one of the busiest fishing harbors in the Western Cape region, is home to Seal Island with its thriving colony of Cape Fur seals and a heavy wave for extreme surfers called Dungeons.
