Kinda hard to trust your knowhow on soundgear, when your own setup sounds like you are recording with a banana in a bathroom

This is not the best mic you can get, for 150 Euros there are several much better out there. Bad handling of plosives, distortion on loud sources etc. Lewitt LCT 240 PRO, Røde NT1-A and even the VERY low priced Fame CM-2 runs circles around this one..

Something that makes me confused with this clip is that there is so much room ambience, from the guy who speaks at the beginning of the clip that it sounds like something from a beginner youtuber. When making a representation or commercial for a product, especially a mic or other studio/music equipment, good sound all the way through is almost a demand I have. Otherwise unformative clip. Voice overs or a room with proper accoustic treatment would make this video far more convincing.

Had a short test of this player at a dealer - feels nice and sounds good - only down for me is .. only 4 Cue-points (well 5 with the Maincue) but that is personal flavour - overall a very nice a payable player.

Hi. Can you help me find more tutorials on how to use the cdm 4000? some that show hands on teachings on all the different features? I am having a hard time finding these. I am not tech savvy sorry but i was just wondering if there's an extended video that shows each of what you can do on the mixer and everything. Thanks a bunch. I appreciate whatever you can show me or direct me to that video or whatever you may have in mind.

Oh, you’ve tried it and spent time with it OK cool. They’re $400 so maybe people who can’t afford the more expensive Pioneer stuff Could be a great possibility I have Cdj 2000nxs2s but still these look like a great deal

If I use pioneer rekord box to analyse my tracks before sticking them on usb, will this gemini pick up on that and stil have my cue points, and track info

Hi Digzee, after speaking with the manufacturer they've advised that this wouldn't work. This is due to Gemini having their own software, VCase, which analyses tracks etc, and that this isn't compatible with Rekordbox.

@@Digzeee Just putting it out there but some of the Denon Prime series is compatible with Rekordbox and not only are the internals of Denon units of higher quality, but they are also cheaper 👍

Thanks for the feedback! This is actually a product overview as opposed to a review but was already aware of the quality of sound. We've already planned for our next run of videos changing the location, mic and processing so all sound issues should be eradicated.
