As i know in dukan fruits aren't allowed. So I have doubts about raspberrys.... Overall I will try it for sure😊

@АлёнаШутова-э4ъ there has been some changes to the allowed list over the years. It is now allowed to have a small amount of berries (quarter cup) on your PV (vegetable days) of the 2nd phase (Cruise phase) on the Dukan Diet. It is part if the Tolerated list. This list has a small selection of fruits: watermelon, grapefruit etc.

I love it so much❤❤❤❤ thank you, that was the best meal in 2 weeks. The only things I did different was double the amount of mince, and after fried meatballs I baked them in all that tomato sauce... they just melted in my mouth. I'm literally in love❤️

Have a try to mix eggs (yolks and whites) with sweetener for 20 minutes (I use stand mixer) and just then add dry ingredients folding in... it will come up very fluffy! Hopefully that will help.

@grazia9398 There was a lot of arguments about the size of tablespoon used in Dukan for the oatbran. Dr. Dukan recommends 14g per table spoon. So this recipe uses 10 to 11 table spoons (heaped). So in cups it is one and a third cup or in ml it is 330ml. So if you are on Cruise phase then I suggest you make 10 muffins and eating 2 per day or if its a loaf to cut into 10 slices and to eat 2 per day. You can also freeze the leftovers. I hope this helps. I checked the quantity of the oatbran 150g and it is correct. You don't have to use this amount, you can use less if you want. I tested these recipes myself and I know that they work. You might not like the density so if you don't then better to use less oatbran.

Made it and loves it. Changed my take on the cruise phase. It opened up some options for lunches! I used quark and think it mightve been the reason for bread to be slightly salty. Today im making it with cottage cheese and only half a teaspoon of salt. Will let u know if it was better. Might also try and make a gluten free one and use some of the suggestions others mentioned.

Yes I would imagine it will also work. It might not keep as long then and go hard and dry sooner. The consistency of the Skyr is very different to cottage cheese (a lot denser) so you would have to reduce the amount of water 💧 😉 exactly by how much I don't know. You could try half the amount (60ml). If you make it please 🙏 let us know how it turned out because other viewers might want to try your version as well.

Yes. Definitely no fruit om attack phase. Over the years more items have been added on the Tolerated foods list. One of them is a quarter cup of berries and also Rhubarb (100 on PP days and unlimited on PV days). On my Dukan Dieters around the World Facebook page I'll put the whole list if you're interested 👍 😀

Love current dukan content. Was on it in 2012 recently started again. Cannot find much new content. Keep putting out videos PLEASE!!! I went on optavia and lost all my hair due to lack of nutrients. Dukan is the way to go!! Keto way toooooo much fat.
