You are absolutely right. In addition, the stones will settle, and the elements will bend. Unfortunately, you will find this out too late and have to replace a heating element.

I purchased a hive heater and an air tunnel. I don't see how the air tunnel protects the heating elements as all of the elements are outside of the Air Tunnel. One half of my first set of elements lasted about 3 months. Half of the elements are red and half are black when turned on. Dealer says air tunnel was installed upside down and I didn't have proper air intake so they denied replacing them under warranty. Not sure why an upside down air tunnel would cause 1/2 of the heaters to fail as the elements are not in the air tunnel. Also not sure why not having air intake and exhaust vents would void warraty. Elements would work less without having to heat ouside cooler air coming in. I would like to be informed by a Huum service person why the element failed after 3 months.

Youre lucky. My husband couldn't care less. Ive provided him a house completely paid off and 3 vehicles including a work truck. My entire spine is fused with stainless steel Harrington rods that are snapped in half in 2 separate places, a severe acetabular labrum tear in my hip just to name a few things. He flips out when i ask him to please take the trash out and he works only 3-4 half days a week.

Sounds like anger issues, highly recommend therapy if he’s willing. But please love do not torture yourself, if you’re injured just assume he’s going todo it. It’s not your responsibility right now nor should it be, you just need some resting and healing. Also if he doesn’t do it, that’s on him not you love. It’s incredibly easy to fall into the check list mentality when bad things happen. But deep down you both love and stay together for a reason, if you decide todo something for one another do not expect anything. Just do it because you love them regardless if they’re acting right atm or not. Remind each other why instead of making a list and comparing them on who loves who more based on what they have did or done. Suggest staying with friends or family if possible during your healing process if you two can’t come to a middle ground. But I pray that it doesn’t come to that, and you two are happier soon.
