I don't have enough data to number it, but I did pull 1 madara out of 500 pulls. So, maybe under 5%. It was really hard to pull those both.

@@Zero-vn5nb 2000 caps for 36000 coupons. I did 4000 caps for 72000 coupons. I managed to 4 stars both Oro and Tsuna. RNG was good for me.
