I hope you have a wonderful trip ☺️💕! This year cherry blossom season was a couple weeks late but usually the season starts in early April or sometimes even in late March depending on the area! The more north you go, the later they bloom. Other flowers like nemophila and azaleas are also in bloom in April so I think it’s a great time to visit!

Thank you! 🥰 We used Toyota Rent a Car near Kushiro Airport. It was really convenient since their kiosk is located in the airport! We rented a car for a few days and it came out to about 15,000 yen per day ☺

@@mochapinku The Akasaka Hikawa Shrine was crowded, but not too much. It was fine 🙂 I was living near the Tokyo Midtown, for a few months so it was really close to my apartment. I really miss Tokyo already, coming back for Xmas to see the Sailor Moon manholes

I'm so glad you were able to add new places to your list!! 🥰Regarding other real-life connections to Sailor Venus, Mercury, and Jupiter, I could really only confirm the Statue of Kimi-chan in the Patio Juban area in the anime! Sailor Mercury also has a scene with Mamoru here too 💙Both the Statue of Kimi-chan and Patio Juban are in Azabujuban and are relatively close to the station! I don't think these places have much connection to actual plot of the story, but you can see the area occasionally appear in the background of the anime 😊I think Sailor Venus might have had some brief scenes in a place called Minatomirai but I wasn't able to 100% confirm this 🥲Also, the milk bread is the large circular loaf with paper wrapped on the sides! Last time I visited they had a strawberry one, but I think for summer they were selling a mango one this year 💕🫓 It's kind of large but super tasty!!

I love that there is a real life connection. It makes the anime much more interesting to me, as I had no idea of that when I was watching it as a kid😌The circular bread does look more appetizing, so I'm glad that's the right one. I hope I will be able to sample it and perhaps a seasonal item once I make it to Tokyo.
