Like the others, thank you SO much, mine came with instructions, but I struggled a LOT with following them and how to position the stuff in order to get the screws in, so your video REALLY helped me figure out how to place the parts together to get the screws in.

Parts I can’t believe that I can’t get any answers from the Amazon seller. Anyone have a line on parts and a troubleshooting guide would help. No service after sales. I offered to purchase another if we could get the help and parts to fix. No response but he was sorry😮

Better instructions than what came with it, as instructions referred to screws as Z6; Z11; AND Z18, not G1, G2, AND G3.

Second Shortest ( Intermediate length) screws are for attaching the Bottom Control Panel to the Underside of the seat 3. Longest Screws are for attaching the Seat ( Soft Squishy Foam ) to the bottom of the Arms ( Arm Rest)

Check the buttons on the control panel/remote. One of my buttons was stuck and it prevented the chair from working. It would turn on, but was unresponsive to button presses and then would shut off.

This company needs to let people know when this massage chair stops working it can be just a stuck down button on the control panel as was on mine. I had mine sit for 11 months with no help from this company. And all it was is that one button fix that took seconds to fix.
