He can only talk about the BRICS which Zuma was part of its formation and he doesn't talk about what Ramaphosa did because he did nothing other than killing people, vandalizing Eskom, SARS, NPA, HAWKS, CCMA, Labour department, SAA, Transnet, Post office, post bank and never build even one structure for South Africans but malls and more agent companies

Many people believe that justice is blind,it's because of commentators such as your interviewer he is an advocate of cour that is abstract an😂d academic PJ Mlambo. The court must be seen to be practicing justice not the not the other way round.

I observed DCJ (as he then was now CJ) during the State Capture Commission, he is up to date with law and ability to apply it in given situation....he is patient, very alive to issues....no witness or any counsel that was able to trick him. He is actually a legal role model. Note made on Sunday 26 March 2023.

Adv MR Madlanga SC (as he then was) was one of the best lawyers i have seen in action...listening to him in court was inspiring because it was very clear that the man had properly prepared for the case and has deep knowledge of the law...the was no way he could fumble and rant and rave out of context. Note made on Sunday 26 March 2023.

South Africa cannot be a sovereign independent nation without restorative justice. When you transform the economy you need to ensure that freedom is guaranteed through economic reparations. We are still in an abusive sadistic relationship with both the British Monarchy and the puppet masters of the Apartheid regime. This we understand and hence the fact that we bow to international powers at the expense of our own citizens interests! It sucks! #UNOCHR #ANC #WEF #Afriforum #EFF #DA #Justice #Peace #Prosperity #SAHRC #Truth #AU #Transformation

The problem i have with this thesis being postulated (even though i agree with it) is that the black elite were more than happy to sing along with those in government. I mean the majority of people in SA have been voting these corrupt black africans into power every four years. So on whose behalf does this advocate speak. We had the opportunity to change this country for tge better but the elite political class sold out. Now its too late. The entire supply chain is owned by the neo colonialists. And they ain't goin to bave another Codesa.

Those books behind you sir is filled with the roman dutch law rulings of white judges accumulated over 100 odd years. Do you have a similar collection of customary/indigenous laws? Talk is meaningless unless you are going to embrace your culture with the same fervour that european culture embraces theirs. We have wasted 28 years listening to you spewing your bull dust opinions. You have not advanced the cause of the black african by a single iota. Our political syatem is illegitimate, our SOEs destroyed, rampant corruption and wholesale theft. And you talk about justice.

J.P Hlophe. A man of integrate, a judge that doing their work without any fear of favour. A man who experienced racism in RACIST PROVINCE, I am referring on Western Cape, and lot of unnecessary criticism because of his skin colour is black. I wonder why President Ramaphosa did not shortlisted J.P Hlophe for the position of Chief Justice. Hlophe is highly qualified to run the South Africa Judicial. I am 100% surely that the Judicial Service Commission should be inspired by hearing the leadership style that J.P Hlophe has for leading the Judicial.
@awb9012 Жыл бұрын
U refer to him as a man of integrate. Do you mean ingrate? Or integrity? Lol. Lets leave this discussion. The JP is on his way out. Briiliant jurist. But flawed human. And the Gods conspired against him.
