A man who experienced racism in RACIST PROVINCE, I am referring on Western Cape, and lot of unnecessary criticism because of his skin colour is black. I wonder why President Ramaphosa did not shortlisted J.P Hlophe for the position of Chief Justice. Hlophe is highly qualified to run the South Africa Judicial.
