Totally not impressive. Parts including compressor seem low-grade quality or made from China. Placing of VFD is too awkward. should be placed on inside or with electrical panel also it will not cool on this location properly. Disappointing to see cheap manufacturing by carrier experts. Globally Carrier service team is not proven their quality of services. The reason is that Carrier is controlling budget to educate or train their staff. I am trained from the carrier but with this product really disappointed.

yes, the mircro channel condenser does use less refrigerant,has better heat transfer,allows for better air flow,and are prone to leaking!!!!!!!!!!!
