Fame, I’ve just found these videos. Best of luck with the course and your development aspirations. It’s fantastic seeing you revitalising the course and making sure this great game is available for the future. I will be trying to arrange getting over to play, assuming you accept visitors, Keep going….!

The moment he appeared on the screen and you saw his face it was obvious how he is. Also funny that he doesn't mention all the animals those bulldozers kill. Especially when the ground is unearthed.

Not sure how I missed the grounds crew story during US Women's Open at Olympic and Pine Needles, but that is awesome!

6 inches of thatch...omg for bentgrass greens that would be horrible. I'm really surprised courses don't use bentgrass instead of fescue in those areas.

I love how 26 members think they can tell an owner what to do... They should be happy it remained a golf course with someone who wants to take care of it .... How could you not want this. Lol, I'm proud of fame and the team for all of their challenges!

changing the golf business is when you run the maintenance with 2 or 3 solid guys instead of 12 or 13 mediocre fellows.

I'm a superintendent of a private course with a million dollar budget. It's expensive AF but membership for my club is $25,000 for the lowest level. It's comes with the pool, tennis, bowling, 5 star restaurant and so much more, so you get a lot. The course is always in perfect condition, 007 greens, zoysia fairways and bentgrass tees. Any member that brings a guest It's free. Here are the cons, irrigation is expensive to upkeep, parts maintenance, chemicals and everything else needed is only getting more expensive as time goes on. Mowers are extremely expensive and upkeep on those is out of sight so, my best piece of advice, don't buy a golf course which the price of that alone is expensive

This is amazing! I love the idea of your channel and of your vision for the club and how to run a golf club. I'd love to see more "vlog-documentary-style" content on the club, the work which is done or needs to be done and what's involved in running the golf-club business. Wish you all the best and lots of success for the club and the youtube-channel!
