It doesn’t sound weird at all. I’m no lawyer, but I can only imagine the stress of going to court. It takes its toll physically. Get yourself a firm FOAM ROLLER and roll your mid/upper back for like 5-10 mins a night.. it’s LIFE CHANGING if you have nagging neck/mid back pain 😜

This is going to sound crazy but as a massage therapist, my most mentally and physically exhausting day has to be when i did 6 hours of chair massage on lawyers! 😅 yall carry some crazy stress and tension

I wish you were practicing in Nevada. I filed a grievance in September 2022. I am still sitting in arbitration and have been told arbitration dates are being booked into 2026. The same goes for the National Labor Board. I am seeking an attorney to escalate this. A four-year wait is unacceptable to have my day in arbitration. The company breached the contract under 6:31 and didn't have cause. They refused to reinstate me with back pay and to "Make me Whole." I had been employed for twelve years and did not have an incident to terminate me. A new executive director came in and tossed me out. My income was $145,000 a year. What would be the urgency to settle fairly if the companies are aware that arbitration takes four years?

There’s always a reason behind firing someone. There’s no such thing as no reason. Everything we do in life is for some type of reason. An employer being able to fire you for no reason is just a cute way to cover up the reason and call it no reason it’s a legal loophole.

Management has to keep daily performance logs/ disciplinary records. Yeah they have to keep books, no matter how petty the infraction is. However they can cut your schedule down after 2 weeks without notice. Turning the heat up isn’t a problem for real cooks. I completely agree with you, and thanks for understanding. As someone who has worked for both real bosses and the ones that you could take action on. It’s all about picking your battles or moving on.

If you don’t give notice, you will be ineligible for rehire. You decide if that’s worth it to you. Because the next place you try to get a job at might check your rehire status, or get a reference from your old boss, and may decline to hire you based on what they learn

An arbitrator is a neutral third party that will settle a dispute between parties. It is an out of court dispute resolution.

No. During a case there is a process called discovery, during this process both sides hand over all of their evidence to the other side so they have time to review. That is the process he is referring to and why introducing evidence late is a bad thing and looked down on as bad lawyering

@pinetreesquad2375 i understand there is a process and it is complicated. I just say it sounds ridicoulous and unfair. A last lime proof should postpose the trial, but it could be used to manipulate it..but imagine being completely innocent and finally found guilty or vice versa because of this. it doesn't sound fair, but i understand it is complicated.

And we're realizing with the internet and social media, lots of artits are making great money and are getting world wide recognition, with no label or business or anything of the sort as the middle man, trying to be your boss and exploiting you. You dont need a producer or a label to make your art and get it out to the world anymore!!

This may be fiction but trump has been trying to turn it into reality with his bought and loyalist judges HE appointed or his party did for the SOLE purpose of protecting and defending him or republicons from the law. As a result trump 100% believes these works of fiction made for TV ratings and not authenticity are how real court cases are done and when reality rejects his fantasies he SCREAMS "witch hunt" or "it was trigged" OR appeals the HELL out the case in an attempt to delay it so much that he or his cult and actually MAKE his fantasies a reality.
