I love Jersey City too and can relate so much! My wife and I both grew up in Geneva, NY (about 45 mins from Syracuse) and could never see ourselves moving back there or Manhattan. My husband and I stayed in Hoboken last fall because all the hotels were booked in NYC. We LOVED Jersey city/hoboken! Taking the fairy was so easy too and the views on the ride were amazing. We felt so safe In Hoboken and felt out of “hustle and bustle” of nyc but were able to enjoy the city life when we wanted to and when it was overwhelming it was so nice to go across the fairy and be back in a chill area😂 and yes to driving your own car too!
