Well I got mine working. It took a few minutes to figure out to turn the time-delay down fully counter clockwise first. Then I had to notice the signal pin had become disconnect. After reconnecting it, it worked fine. Added to HA and it to works fine. Can't wait to play with it.

You should not tuch the secoundary while its running your secoundary will burn and it will make your coil weaker

I have used the circuit from bug zapper racket. It is a high voltage circuit... You can get it on Amazon or eBay.... Or you can make one(it consists of d882 transistor and 2/3 capacitors)...🙂

Okay. It's very simple but two\tre measurements of wire length, exact diameter, etc. The jack we 've seen the representation but that has already been assimilated for years. :)

Top tip: That purple glow at the bottom of the secondary coil means the isolation is not enough. This weakens the coil quite a bit. So to reduce it, put some epoxy resin on the secondary coil and more isolation to improve efficiency.

Yes... The white plastic is a type of protective covering for the sensor.. Apparently, the module will work without the mentioned white plastic!

No the breaker will not trip coz the two plates are not touching each other.... (water acts as a medium for conducting electricity)

@@randomdiy18 GFCI or GFI outlets have a safety feature to avoid this continuity.. Prevents electrocution by cutting off the breaker when any of the 2 wire come in contact with water. Usually installed near sinks, inside bathrooms and outdoors outlets. Good luck

Nothing can be done beside searching. Search all your house.. Most importantly, look for smaller sized objects. Microphone can be hidden in objects like decorations, gifts from a person (who is not your family member or friend) or any electrical appliance that are always connected to power supply (eg mobile charger) and also in bulbs or smoke detectors. Try looking in the perticular place in house where suspicion is less. Also if you have internet connection switch it off immediately as microphone can be connected to it to transmit the data.

Yes. It should be hidden in normal objects. But try finding in those objects which have electric connection. It is definitely using power. It could be as small as button cell. Guys, no need to waste time twisting all that damn wire(depending= on length I guess). Take the wire length you'll need, double it, cut. Take any sized allen key(won't need a large one) and a drill, lock allen key in drill chuck. Take closed hoop end of wire and place around the allen key, then take a set of pliers and grip other end of wire. Pull taut and slowly start the drill, once it starts twisting the wire correct, keep the wire taut throughout the ENTIRE process, speedir up and your donzoe in meere seconds!
