If you buy narva ex2 led driving lights the 'relay' is built into the light itself so alot less wiring after running your high beam switch wire.

Good and easy video to follow. So if I want to remove the left hand side arm, I will need to remove the LHS bodywork first in order to access it, or is there another way?

spotted a 100 series with a 1 vd donk in it but had been hit up the backside ,i missed the sale unfortunately ,went pretty cheap to .Would have been good for a chop as there was no damage to back doors just rear impact . $20,000 is a real good price.

do yous do a wheel base chop as well? with a stubby wheel base like that put any more then 200kg in the back and the NHVR will swarm you like a bunch of pissed of bees. looking for a long wheel base with full size tray not a half tray like that.

Yeah... need to redo all your rubbish wiring work all full of water and corroding and causing issues and faults. That also explains why the lights have water in them yet they claim a ip rating...

Great tip for the gas strut. For anyone that does skip that step and put the swing out on and need to compress the strut, a small ratch strap around the strut allows you to compress it and clip it on. Ask me how I know 😄

Great idea, especially in ally..love the large carrier to might have to get one for the twin jerry i got a few months ago. The jerries definitely wear through quick. 1 trip and wear started. Bit of spray and some thin rubber will fix it though. 👌 Still need to get the front bar to. 🤌

Thankyou very much! Changing to Ally is to achieve lighter carriers but also to help the wear. Unfortunately we cant get around the wear on the inside of the Jerry's how they are currently. Jerry's are quite abrasive and they just constantly rub. Now being made out of Ally, we have eliminated any chance of rust to try and help this problem. 😁
