His wife was going through absolute hell. I'm not defending his behaviour but he was drinking so much because he knew he didnt have much time left with a woman he was with since the age of 17/18.

What a fantastic show! Great seeing Murray still shredding that guitar, WOW!! I've been a fan since 1992, I was 14. Seen them so many times here in Ontario. Always a great time. 🤘🏻🇨🇦

Rollins is such a cringe sellout. Lydon has always been annoying but he was in a bad place at that panel, drunk and grossly overweight and dealing with his wife Nora.

Sorry Henry. Johnny was the only interesting one. He didn’t play the game that the rest of you do now. Be comfortable giving anecdotes about how edgy you were back in the day. You’re a serial podcaster now - all u do is social media let me literally everyone else. In this video your preaching in a lecture theatre ffs

Been doing my PiL research as of late, thought I was going to see a bunch of hate for John down in the comments, but see nothing but understanding and still stories of admiration - Much respect here for the man

I've seen henry since tell the story being a lot more generous to john it was a sad time as john was going through a bad time in his life wife with dementia, dad having died and brother with cancer, he hit the bottle hard to cope with it. It was just a sad and unfortunate state of affairs, I remember henry saying since that he wished he knew what he was going through.

I gotta thank Metallica for introducing me to Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Their Let Love In Album is the most beautiful masterpiece I have ever heard song for song. It had poetry In music, romantic sound and even some punk rock rawness to it. Genius

I get it Johnny rotten overly talked and got too hammered with his opinions but you Can't deny what the pistols did for punk culture and the music if it wasn't for the pistols and the Ramones and Beyond that the influences The Dolls and The stooges creating alot of different genres of punk rock happening in CBGBs

Bro thanks for recording then posting this. Dayglos were a huge influence on me. I’m from Victoria and as a young hardcore kid in the early 90s dayglos were IT… I went on to become a producer and music was a guiding influence in my life but dayglos were foundational. They are playing in the next town over this weekend and I’m taking my (now adult) kids to the show and I’m pretty sure I’m going to get absolutely shitfaced and make an ass out of myself but also I can’t wait for it. Classic Canadian underground hardcore. Can’t wait for my kids to be embarrassed by me at the dayglo gig.

Johnny is my favorite celebrity, and my favorite man. He inspired me to speak my mind as a youth, and I'm still that way. Hes brutally honest and fiercely loyal. That's a real man. Not Rollins who punches guys out.

I wonder what he thinks about all the Covid hysteria? The government forcing businesses to close! Forcing people to wear face diapers. And forcing its citizens to take an experimental drug in order to keep their jobs and stay in school?? I wonder if he took the jab and boosters? Has he ever spoken on any of these topics?
