This DVD came out around the time he was due to leave Celtic l, i must admit I was misty-eyed watching it, wondering if we would ever see anyone like him at Celtic again. Twenty years later, and it hasn't happened.

Wee Brian Mclaughlin, my favourite player when I was a wee guy. He passed me on the stairs at hampden last year and I was too starstruck to say hello. Am nearly 40 now ffs.

Rarity treat to see this. 🙂 Would you have the following games: Hearts v Hibs - January 1994 Hibs v Hearts - December 1999 Hibs.v Hearts - March 2002 Am sure STV (Scotsport) would have had extended highlights of all those games mentioned. I've been after those games for the past couple of years now. Hope all is well your way.

I remember when we signed him, I was like who? Soon as he hit that pitch I realised this guy was a baller of the highest quality, first Derby game when he scored his first I remember the shocked look on his face when the fans blew the roof of the joint, how that man was never bought by " bigger" clubs before we struck gold for 300k 😂 quickly became a hero at Celtic, some of the plat he done was incredible, I remember he brought the ball down with his ARSE against Hearts 😂😂 shame we never got him at 26

Got the VHS. No got a VHS player, but would NEVERbin the VHS cassette tape. Means reverting to me. My father (a Rangers fsn) god rest his soul bought me it for my birthday back in 1988. RIP. DAD. C.

Jimmy's story could easily be an oscar winning movie. There isn't a year goes by where I am not hearing new stories about how he was as a human being, from former players and students. The phrase "there's only one" doesn't fit every player, but it fits Jinky! There is and still is only one.
