I’m confused

Portions are really small, they’re much more expensive than normal grocery shopping, they have misleading promotion deals, they often come with missing ingredients, they mistreat their workers

My mum ordered something off hellofresh and after a while they just kept charging her account for no reason even though we weren’t ordering anything and when my mum called them they listened to the issue and then just hung up.
