YES WE LOOKED FOR AGES

I'm glad you found us, it was fun to have you in the vlog.

I will be going to Gulliver's Milton Keynes on Saturday and I'm looking forward to it as it should be a good laugh, but I won't be going to Gulliver's Matlock because I'll be out filming late Saturday night and all day Sunday. As for parks I don't have any plans to make any more vlogs, but that's because I'm sticking with funfairs because I enjoy them a lot more than parks.

@@FairGround7Delorean I'm glad you enjoyed the Alton Towers vlog but the 3 park vlogs are going to be a standalone trilogy and I'm probably not going to make anymore, which is mainly because I struggle with the limitations that are forced upon you by the parks themselves, although I will make roller coaster content as TikTok's, KZbin Shorts and Instagram & Facebook Reels. The community was a factor in the removal of the Retro Squad and the other was Mellor's poor management of the rides they provided, the reliability of Funk 'n' Fly is a good example and the catering vans that replaced them was definitely a step backwards and I'm not a fan of them and the overpriced food they are pushing, they were ded when we visited which proves my point As for the park it is improving, but outside of Forbidden Valley it's all cosmetic and as you seem ride availability is a issue with rides breaking down through the day, considering this is supposed to be a premium tourist attraction I expect better operations. But for me funfairs are my passion and I'm going to focus on supporting the showman community, that's what I do best and I just love making funfair vlogs. 😃 🎠 🎡 🎢

Vertigo was just incredible and this Lincoln vlog is also one of my favourites, hopefully it won't be too long before we see each other again, but I do live close to Goose Fair and I'll be there for the pull on this year. 😉

The back end run is upon us and I'm just getting started buddy, although I'm looking forward to Gulliver's next month too. 😄

I'm not keen on this vlog personally, it's because of reasons that are currently unknown to me I found Pleasure Beach to be a difficult park to vlog, although It's a learning curve and I am still finding my feet when it comes to vlogging parks, but Rome wasn't built in a day and I'll find my way eventually buddy.

I'm not so sure now, because the scaffolding is down and it doesn't look like it's being removed, but it's very interesting to watch as this could go either way.

I've not figured out Jen's rota yet, I'll do that after my birthday tomorrow, but worst case scenario I'll be at the next Gulliver's Social and then it's Goose Fair pull on the next day, which is the start of our back end run of fairs. Hopefully it won't be long until we see each other again at a fair and I'm glad you enjoyed the vlog. ☺️

It's the first vlog you'll see me struggling with riding, but you and Jen on Waltzer were just brilliant to watch along with the Dodgem's battle too.

You actually broke me, and my right speaker and a glass and the mirror was thinking about it! 🤣😭😆😭😆 I have never laughed so much in all my life! Absolutely loved this, please don't ever change!

This is one of my favourite vlogs and with it being our first park vlog I honestly didn't think it was going to be this good, but I've watched it several times now and it's going to take some beating that's for sure. I've got another park vlog already in the works and Jen is going to be with me on this one and it's also my birthday on the day we will be filming, so it should be a good one, I'm glad you enjoyed the vlog and I'm going to the Milton Keynes Social in September to get the creds. 😉 I hope it won't be long before I get to see you again mate.

You can see how much fun we all had and it shows on the vlog, and as an added bonus we get to do it again, I hope there's another drop tower we can do. 😉 Milton Keynes is going to be fun but unfortunately I can't make it to Matlock because it's Goose Fair pull on and build up day on the following Sunday.

Pirate Cove is a strange name, I thought that was the land we were in 😆, the Drop Tower is by far my favourite bit of the vlog with my ride on Grand Prix being a close second just for Coaster Dads reactions. I'm glad you enjoyed the vlog and hopefully our next park vlog will be just as good, it turned out a lot better than I thought it was going too. 😊

Fortunately in the vlog I did a Miami in-between David Cox's Ultimate Waltzer and Charlton's Energizer, I learnt from my mistake at Kettering when I did the Waltzer & Superstar back to back.

Charlton always gives the machine a bit of extra power when we feature him on a vlog, I knew from the second it started we were getting a cibbie cycle. 😊

Smiths Funfairs travels around the Kent area buddy, I used Facebook to find most of the fairs I go too.

Yes we are returning to the Nottingham Riverside Festival this year and I'm looking forward to it, as for merch I'm just in the process of designing the range and I'll be making a donation to the Showman's Mental Health charity with every purchase, but I've a long way to go before it can go on sale. 😊

😆 I can confirm there won't be any more logo changes and this one is here to stay.

I'm thrilled with how this vlog turned out and Jen is doing brilliantly, really adds to the Dodgem's battles having two perspectives too, hopefully I'll be back in Sheffield soon so I'll let you know mate when I have plans in place. 😉

Honestly the Super Bob was the highlight of the day for me, but that is the life of a showman and I'm thrilled that I captured it in the vlog along with the build up of Energizer on blocks to level out the machine. I've built up and pulled down on this showground so I know just how hard it is in Clifton to leave the machines out, Jen is growing in confidence and getting more comfortable with the camera and the battery bit is just comedy gold, so it had to stay in the final edit. If I come back your way I'll definitely let you know mate, I've not done an Atha's fair for a while and there's a few in Yorkshire I'm scanning around for. 😁 I'm glad you enjoyed the vlog and I'm starting to edit the Gulliver's World tonight so hopefully that will be a good one, although I'm not too sure because it's my first park vlog and I didn't have Jen with me either. 😊

I was impressed with how well the tubs spin, although I'm yet to try a 3 hill Fairtrade Waltzer just to compare the two machines.

@@funfairJunkie I'm happy with how the vlog turned out despite a few technical issues, which I anticipated would happen when trying new equipment, but it's onwards and upwards from here on in and I can't wait to see Jen become more comfortable with the camera and vlogging. The backend run is going to be awesome and I'm glad you enjoyed the vlog mate, Jen is just a weapon on the Dodgem's though. 😉

That's something I am looking into and I'm hoping to film the Goose Fair pull on later this year.

I've not done a Fairtrade Waltzer before, but I was impressed with how well the tubs spin when the speed is increased, although I'm probably going to have to ride it a few more times before I truly know how I feel and I will be seeing this machine again in the future. 😉
