Kind of despise Federer. He had THREE SET POINTS in the first set 40/15. ON HIS SERVE. LOSES THE SET. 🤦🏼‍♂️. 2ND set easily. 3rd set leads and loses. Nee o vockck

Check out the stats at the end. Federer actually won more points (due to 6-2 in set 2) but mostly because he served better and won more points off of his first serves. Once he served the second serve and played Djokovic was better than him. Basically in a neutral rally without any advantage from the serve Djokovic was better.

Matches between this two were really toxic. They hate each other but didnt say it.

14:02 I never understood why Federer couldn’t just hit it over the shoulder like Agassi. Why did he have to waste an extra second running around the ball to hit an unnecessary tweener? Same thing on match point against Safin at AO 2005.

The audience was fair at first, but as Novak beat Federer more and more often and won Grand Slams, it was no longer funny 😀

Djokovic even young, had this weird ability to paint the line, before he became djokovic we knew, he just had this talent to paint the line, and hit deep but still keep it inside. When this happens it used to give Nadal and Federer fits.

Both Nadal and Djokovic end with a +6 in the combined h2h among the three: Nadal 53-47 and Djokovic 58-52, meanwhile Federer 39-51. In Grand Slams: Nadal 21-11, Djokovic 18-17, Federer 10-21 In Major/Master Finals: Nadal 25-19, Djokovic 20-16, Federer 12-22. As talented as Federer was, he started to fall short in the rivalries not long after his prime.

Love the Djokovic FH, especially later in his career. So versatile and adaptable to conditions and opponents, able to flatten and shape it from anywhere on the court.

Not so much drama, anyway from his 27 victories against Roger, 8 of them were very very close, just scraping through

I just think if federer had a two handed backhand he’d be the most complete player ever, I personally think his one handed is just weak
