Should included that cutoff wheels have expatriation dates stamped into the metal ring. The glue that holds the abrasive material together dries out over time and they can explore while spun to full speed.

Thank you very much for the angle grinder tips. I knew most of these already but a review is always good. Hello from Canada. Cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều vì những lời khuyên về máy mài góc. Tôi đã biết hầu hết những điều này rồi nhưng đánh giá luôn tốt. Xin chào từ Canada.

Looks terrible and works worse. Just go to harbor freight or Lowes and buy a blade that has carbide tips and it will cut better and will last longer. Also if you take a punch and hit every other tooth one way then turn it over and hit the other teeth you can have a better cutting saw. Try it

I'm using the thinnest E6013 rod I can find (1.6mm), have tried starting at 20 amps, all that does is stick to the piece. And when you go higher, it starts to blow holes in the f'n pipe like you are shooting it with a .22... I don't get how it's possible to arc weld paper thin exhaust. All these videos show thicker exhaust than what's on these cars.
@shawn_36926 күн бұрын
Were you ever able to figure it out? Did you try to reversing polarity? I'm not sure how thick your exhaust pipe was but I've had luck welding 17ga (1.4mm) steel with 1/16th 6013s rods & reversed polarity. I haven't tried anything thinner yet but was able to weld that with a continuous bead & not burn through. I was getting the best results around 28amps but my machine is on the cheap side so I'm not certain what the actual amps are.

The square tubing is so thin that penetration is not the problem, but blow-through is.
@joonashannila87512 ай бұрын
Yeah bevel is made because of better penetration. Welding this thin metal especially with a stick, is not that easy for everyone. This video is pretty good, as this is an issue for almost everyone when they learn to weld. Easier with MiG, but with sticks..? No, it is not as easy.
