the problem is, he had no intention of doing more surgeries. He wanted to stop here. But he had Lupus Diseases and had no idea until his nose started getting infected and his face started getting red. He was advised to do other surgeries on his nose so he can breathe and the Lupus diseases doesn't ruin it. The only thing that changed was his nose and skin color. His skin changed because of vitiligo skin diseases. Poor man. Also his scalp being burned from the Pepsi commercial was sad as well. Lost his afro natural hair forever. Nature made him lose his natural physical features as a black man, but in his heart he was always a black man. Michael always said he was a straight black man until he died. RIP KING

In 1982 this was shown on MTV and a shorter version on network TV and kids memorized what was said and talked about it for years afterward. Kids caught at the time that she said he had a little discoloration on his ear and we asked our moms about it. Kids caught that he seemed nervous about it for a short time after she said that. Later when the news about him having vitiligo came out everyone remembered what she said in this video.

I know this woman was his long time makeup/hair person but every time I see her in an interview I get the impression she wasn't that good for him. I want to like her but I just never seem to understand why she says the things she says. He looks incredibly uncomfortable here even though we know from his book "Moonwalk" that when he loved the hair and makeup process when he did it himself or when he did the Wiz. I wonder how she was with him. Was it a case of "eeww lets cover this up", or "this is no big deal, you're beautiful but we can do whatever makes you feel good out there?" Just curious.

when I think she’s been doin his make up for sooo many years and she actually did it for his own funeral...That breaks my heart and what she had to feel it’s just unimaginable...but I’m happy that was her not someone random, He trusted her (with his looks secrets)
