Do you have the normal sound coming from the units main out and then you also get a second copied signal for the individual out? Or does using the individual out take over?

What's your experience with the Eau Claire Thunder Gold and noise? When you turned it on at 2'50", I could NOT hear any additional noise, I expected a little ground hum from the Elektron to be amplified, but your setup sounds very clean. Whereas in the "Pedals and Effects" video, when Nick Reinhart had his guitar cranked up to the max and then turned that thing on, it hummed like a hornet (kzbin.info/www/bejne/pni5qmyBbdKLb9U at 5'29"). I have currently a problem with an Electro-Harmonix Overlord where the gain and the boost creates a lot of hum and I wonder if that's a problem with my setup or with a cheap overdrive/fuzz (where the Eau Claire would help, even though it costs an arm and my firstborn by now).

Im not sure if youre familiar with the Mission Engineering Expressionator but if youre not, long story long, i can control 3 individual expression functions with one exp. pedal and it got me thinking, is it gonna be possible to run both the LFO AND the LPF simultaneously via their own individual TRS into the expressionator so i can sweep em' together? and no. I absolutely cannot wait the 3 more days to find out myself! What do i look like, some kinda shmuck? Shit i hope you see this you genius mutha you. Its Okay. if i cant, i have a dedicated LPF for that scenario regardless but. man the curiosity is killin me. So is my wrist from typing this thesis paper. Sorry bud. i don’t think there are unexpected things from a pedal, they are loaded sound. they can give you a tone away from from the factory amplifier sound. It’s packaged sound. They all make me feel as though I am riding a pre existing revelation, like whammy & tremolo

My Great Destroyer from 2011 doesn‘t have that „safe mode“. Mine is stuttering and making lots of noise even with all knobs at max.

Testify! I love my model fet. As a preamp, it stacks wonderfully with all kinds of drive, fuzz and distortion. I run it into a cab sim then DAW and it sounds good with no actual amp.
