My mate thats riding in the video is 5'10 but im 5'8 and i can flat foot my varadero with no issues

Could be an issue with your regulator rectifier instead of the actual battery.

Love the looks. But wouldn buy due to their problems with battery and starter switch exposure to rain and hence oxidation issues Nice looker tho But spend a grand more and get something more reputable (used if needbe)

The battery went dead because of the temperature over night so when I went to start it, it didn't have enough charger to get the bike up and running had to jump it which was quick hard on a sight up hill then went to Halfords to get a new one 😊👍

Having the same issue with mine dies pretty fast when left to stand for too long, bought a halfords optimizer and that was keeping it charged but the optimizer got unplugged and the bike was stood for about a month now the opitimizer cant re charge it the battery is fucked ergh gotta buy a new battery now

Idle is too high. It should have 1800 rpm when warmed up.

Yeah I know the idle was high unfortunately my old varadero had a many engine problems hence why I don't have it anymore, kept fixing it but more problems started to occur 😕

Make sense but down hill will always push engine abit over its lever ground top speed but I get what you mean. I've had 72mph and a flat road little wind but I'm only 10.5 stone. Good riding though pal. Where you from pal? Fancy a ride out some time? Hit me up pal.
