I appreciate that no additional salt was added to the recipe. The bacon and the cheeses probably bring a fair amount of salt to the dish as is. For those who try to limit their sodium intake this is a win.

Just a “Heads-Up” for ya… you can also buy in the store what’s called Bacon “Ends & Pieces” which saves you from having to slice it up. Mee we he’s it a little easier. Thx for this video, I’ll definitely try it

We stayed in the exact same room last night! It was disgusting there was noone at reception one of the restaurant staff was closing down and had to help, when we got upstairs the whole hallway smelt of smoke 🤮🤮 got in our room no towels No soap and worst of all there was droplets of blood all on the bathroom floor omggg and the whole night there was a sulphuric acid poo smell coming out of the bathroom into the main room even with the doors shut! It was so bad we had to leave couldn't even stay the night 🙄🙄🤮🤮🤮

Very nice! I would probably crisp the bacon up by frying it with the onion first, because hubby likes his bacon browned - then adding it to the cup moulds, and whisk the cheese up with the egg... but this is a terrific recipe to adapt.. you could put tiny pieces of potato, jalapenos and even sweetcorn or sweet peppers for a tasty veggie difference! Thanks for the idea!

You wouldn’t be able to eat that much food so fast after surgery in America. They are pretty strict about what is ingested after surgery. AND... you would not be permitted to take those large pills.
