For me it's been from martial arts (which I commited to as an, if possible, life long commitment) to standard fitness, to experimenting with stuff like locomotion breakdance (eventhough I for now struggle with toprock can't do any powermover for now, but I've got some footwork and freezes) and more and more this year parkour. It's like I'm not that motivated to do locomotion... I love the interaction with the environment and how it invites me to creatively apply the parkour skills I've learned.

The comment section again just proves how creativity is looked down upon and ridiculed, just like the invention of many great things in the world. Keep doing what you're doing.

Brains love targets. The brain is a pattern recognition and prediction organ, so no pattern or no external target? Often a reduction in performance, whatever the movement goal. #neuroscience #themoreyouneuro

Great point! The same is true in a lot of walks of life... focusing too much on failure makes some aspects of success unreachable.
@Figuring-Things-OutКүн бұрын
Agreed! In order to curate positive change and progress, it seems far better to place focus on the things we CAN do/control to push limits further.

thanks for the in depth video on how to ACTUALLY do push ups, I feel like there are not very many in depth videos like this one out there. most that are in depth like yours ARE STILL TOTALLY WRONG but your video is ON POINT!!!!!! its the old school method of a special operations style pushup regiment.

Did you ever do a physio/healing video about your torn bicep? Do I remember correctly that you torn it?
