Ok I'll bite. I can only speak for myself but there's a few things I would say: listening to it on my own, It's very overwhelming, it kind drowns out other thoughts. You can kind of 'submit to it' and let your mind go .. the fast pace and 4/4 beats, and the distorted sounds make it kind of hypnotic too. There's a lot of energy in it but it feels very nice to just let the energy wash over you. Instead of fighting the wave, just let it move you around. Then at parties, it's mostly the punches of the basses combined with the high-pitched tones. The basses move the body, the high pitched tones move the head. The simplicity of the music (theres not much melodies or , erhm, song structure) also kind of strip it to the bare essence of dance music - think tribal music: just some guy bashing a drum over and over again. I like all sorts of music and definitely can't listen to this all the time, but yeah the above sort of covers it for me: it's overwhelming (and strangely relaxing somehow) on one side, very energetic on the other side.

If you will allow me, here are some further thoughts: By no means do I think you have to get this, different tastes and all, there is no way this music is inartistically 'better' than any other kind. But I think the key thing to understand (this is just a theory of mine) is that although many different genre's of 'music' are all labelled under the same category of 'music', they actually are very different in kind. I mean that, listening to this gives me a completely different experience compared to what, say, listening to choral music gives me. They speak to different parts of the body and mind. They are both 'music' but they allow you to experience totally different experiences. So I'd say that, if you listen to any kind of music that is different from the music you'd usually listen to, it is important try to not listen to it 'with the same ears' (however silly that may sound), or 'the same frame of reference'. I guess your mood has a great influence on the set of ears you are currently using, that's why the music I want to hear depends on my mood so much. And that's also maybe why different kinds of music speak to different personalities of people.
