I came up using only 3 caps: rusto fats, NY thin and fats. And pink dots if I could get my hands on them. NY fats and legos are still my go-tos, but ny thins have long been out of my arsenal. You've inspired me to break out my old stash!

Been using NY fats since 2006, also use Montana level 1 cap for outline and details. Gonna try the NY thin now see how compares to Montana level 1 lol

Ah the testor tip. I used to rack these off all the model paint cans. Then I found they were on the Krylon clear coat that you get from art stores. It's all l ever used. Not a fan of all these new caps. Toy finger fuck your lyfe.

U gotta shave from the mid ridge to the head in in order to insert these tips into most Spanish & Euro spraycan valves that's some oldskool graff writer modification

I used to use the ny thin aka west coast phantom cap alot when I started graff..now I'm blinded by universal caps,skinny pro,Astro fat and ny fat.so I'm gonna order ny thins shave them and give it a shot soon.but I'm still thinking I need my fat cap to fill in bigger areas.but in general I need to take your advice though..your sprays are the ultimate

Yo this is legendary for people coming up now. I started 98-99 and was chasing Totem2 and others flicks on 12oz and Art Crimes and picking up little gold nuggets of info and techniques in the forums. So much knowledge right here. Love my NY fats, but I gotta try one of those leaky faucet caps lol

A little confused because all the Rusto cans I have ever used have the male valve stems so you need female caps. So a ny thin would not work. Is there something I’m missing? I have only painted for 6 years or so.
