Kind of, runs and works well, the actual physical controls (not motion, I mean the actual buttons and touch pad) are VERY scuffed and you need a community control setup (can be easily done inside the game on vr using steam vr settings, look up a guide if needed) i still can't run or jump reliably and I once got stuck on a boat and couldn't get out, haven't tried the boat thing since because of the potential wasted time Ladders are also a pain

I dont think mods would work with vr. It could though.

Cleaning out the inside of your pc the correct way should improve ventilation which in theory should also give you a bit more FPS. Also perhaps if it’s been awhile consider removing and then reapplying the thermal paste on your cpu, in between the CPU and the heat sink but be very careful if this is your first time doing that. I would look up some tutorials. And did he happen to mention if he had an SSD or a just normal hard drive which one do you have? Also maybe you know more about computers than I do but do you realize that just because someone say has 32 GB of RAM or 64 GB of RAM there’s more to it than that as the guy mentioned he was running 2400 mhz And not all new motherboards or CPUs are created equal something to keep in mind. As well. If you are running windows 10 I would suggest looking up guides on how to minimize all the stupid windows processes that fucking run in the background annoyingly and slow down your machine. I’m also a fan of CC cleaner. And do you have maintain your disk drives with defragmentation and such ?

@@DexterWTFF and do you overclock your GPU? If after running test to make sure it is stable I would recommend doing that as well I would also recommend overclocking your ram

As well especially with someone’s mention of not having too much of a problem on single player but having more of a problem on the multiplayer makes me think that yes you will have a major boost having a game installed on a solid-state drive instead of a normal hard disk drive. I’m not claiming to be any sort of computer whiz but that sort of makes me think of games like PUBG. Which is defiantly a game that sees a significant performance increase on a SSD as opposed to an HDD In the same way GTA online has all these people running around doing stuff and I think that same sort of rendering aspect comes into play where if you were playing your game on a HDD you will notice a more or less lack of performance as opposed to running said game on a solid-state drive; On multiplayer.

I wish, I sold this VR headset, was one I acquired cheap because if was broken, repaired and resold...
