emergency Ch 13 releases the funds usually within 8 days of the creditor being notified. If they refuse to comply they can get in a lot and I mean a lot of trouble

Great video and valuable content! Maybe next video should follow up on this example on how to avoid all these last minute issues after homeowner has passed away. Also to buy more time or until heir{s} can get act together, just keep paying the mortgate until heirs can execute plan with assistance of attorney. Would that be an option to get more time? Thanks again.

Thanks for the comment! Yes, they can make payments towards the mortgage. We find that the heirs are often unable to get all family members to contribute, and don't want to be stuck paying the mortgage alone. We will do a follow up video to cover these suggested issues.

:-) Step children are okay, as long as the step parent arranges clearly through Estate Planning, what he or she prefers happens to the assets upon death.

The Equity will be the Market Value (minus any costs to sell it, such as needed repairs and Realtor's commissions.)

It's in kind at the moment, however the Partition was a blindsided cause of action because the issue was never negotiated and there is a lot of family attached...I heard of a Special master and that it is Possible the property could be sold at auction, like that of a foreclosure or tax sale.

What can be done if a person me😊 is having problems with the people in the HOA office. Two of the managers in the office where I live in TX. One a lady managers came to my condo and was going through my packages that had been delivered at my front door. She said that a package of hers had been left at my house by mistake. This wasn't true. Then the male manager working in the office said he had a package left at my house by mistake , this was not true. The lady can be seen going through my packages invading my privacy on video. The man never came he was not on the video at all. All the packages delivered can be seen on video none were theirs. They contacted me about this via text. The male manager addressed himself as Daddy in the office yep "DADDY". He also addressed myself as hybrernate because I am a disabled Veteran and stay inside in bed most of the time. This didn't sit well with me. I have attempted to contact their supervisor but was sent to the wrong person. The emails sent to that person were forwarded to the HOA president. He told me to cest and assist sending email to that lady although I was directed to send them to her by a person in their office. That I was to send them to him or the person that I was complaining about. Why would I send it to her she is the person I'm complaining about . I wanted to speak with her supervisor. The HOA president seemed to be disturbed by this and somewhat hostile. Well he has seen the emails and has not done anything to help me or look into the matter. Also I have a new owner who has just moved in next door. That was harassing me by beating on the wall and door . It sounded like someone was breaking into my apartment. I called the police to report it. I am the only single black women living in this community. So I believe this may have something to do with it. I just want to know what to do next. Thank you so much
