i think you can do book content while staying faceless! one idea is people do "what i read in a week as a..." vlogs which are basically just like regular vlogs like you're doing while also mentioning the books they've been reading and why they like them, or showing themselves reading them.

@@Ани-з9ф This is a situation that depends entirely on your body. I kept it for a long time, but unfortunately I took it back due to depression and anxiety. It was a situation that I experienced and that stemmed from my mental health. (I did not experience a mental breakdown due to weight gain. It was due to another issue.) You can see this as a detox. It will be good for your body as long as I don't do it for too long. But then I recommend you to eat portioned or high-calorie foods. The best effect I experienced was definitely the shrinkage of my stomach. I was starting to feel full even with 2 bites of food.

@@Ани-з9ф You shouldn't be afraid of eating. Pay attention to your food portions. I recommend you do this diet for 1 week max. Afterwards you have no appetite. Since your stomach shrinks, you eat less and you continue to lose weight. I'm not a dietitian, but my advice is to cut out carbs, lactose and sugar after doing this. It helps to lose weight. After this diet, you can follow a diet like UI.
