Thank you! This is great. But how can I make the date and time to change automatically if I change the Shipment info without changing automatically the other shipments date and time? And then, if I filter by shipment the data stays the same without changing?

If you have one not changing, the other one will have to be changed manually.

@@BarbHendersonconsulting I got to make them to keep the first record once adding a "Shipment" even if I filter by Shipment, the date did not change. So, if I want to update the shipment, I have to update the date manually. I have not found the way to make them to update automatically if I update the shipment. Unless I get rid of the 'Enable iterative calculation' but that way every time I filter by Shipment, the date updates in every cell I have the formula, and I do not want that. I would like the date only to be updated automatically if I update the shipment into a new status for example. And then, if I filter, the date does not change at all. I got it using a code TimeStamp ( =EntryTime(##)) but once I filter by Shipment, it updates the Date automatically so, does not work well yet.

I haven't finished the video but is there a way to automate this instead of manually running macros? If an item becomes below a set value for reorder then an email is instantly sent to pertinent addresses. EG: we have 5 socks in stock but we should have between 6 and 10 so when the cell hits 5 an email is instantly sent to notify reorder requirements for that item.

Got this, Great works brilliantly, I am now trying to do is use some code from your scan in time & location so that this spreadsheet will log a conference attendance over a week so you know if they attend every day. So far not working correctly but I'll keep tying.

Barcode conference in & out over a week, some attend all week some attend 3 out of 5 so need to see which days attended and some are new attendee's who only attended 1 day in the 5 days. I have amended so far to just log time in (as don't need exit time) but struggling to get it to log the time in on the correct day but also keep the functionality of the user form for new attendee's and their email.

I cant figure out how to keep empty cells white. I have tried surrounding the formula in =ifna(formula,"") and using conditional formatting for all cells equal to "" to be white. Please help!

Hi, I work at a non-profit food pantry. Soon we will require clients who receive free food to register. We need to keep track of when the clients get food. Hi Barb! How are you, can you help me with something? I work for a school, and I have some students going to the restroom every period, so, we are scanning ID’s of the students going to the bathroom, I have to put that into google Sheets (Copy of Excel) Can you do a method, that I can get the time, and the name of the student, when scanning their ID number to go to the restroom? Thank You! Remember, I have the same students going to the restroom several times in a day, so I have to get the same students name and ID more than 4 or 5 times in the same day!
