I’ve had 9 of my toes done. Just had the final 4 just 10 days ago. Total relief. Yes me toes no longer bend however I will no longer have to worry about the nasty ulcers on my toes. Had a great podiatrist.

done this 10 times on my right leg, maybe 6 on my left.. and both ankles are bulging, but my right looks twice as bad and kind of deformed.. wonder what a professional would say if they say a x ray or whatever scan of my foot.

The explanation of the foot mechanics in this video is fabulous. Having the foot animated to visualize the movement of the bones is wonderful. When you are curious about the inner workings of the foot someone trying to show you with their foot doesn't compare to an animation that is narrated. Well Done

I had something like this last summer but I was in the air and my foot twisted and I came back down and there I go landed on my foot sideways and I heard a crack after that, it was a major problem to me. The foot was hanging off and I couldn’t bear to watch it dangling from my leg, To this day I still have the bump from where I got it

I have the same feet due to psoriatic arthritis and my dr recommend me this type of surgery,im not sure if its good option to do or not.

Don't Do It. The progressive atrophy of muscle tissue & tendons in our CMT DNA can not hold the surgical realignment together. It slides apart. For me, the result was being hobbled. Sure, the Before picture looks great! The After picture & X-Ray is horrific. All that hardware just moved with the collapse of both of my ankles. The tendon transfers have been rotating each foot upside down. Very painful. Lots of damage. Please just consider my story. Good luck!

Nice video. Is it practical possible for the subtalar axis to deviate 48 degrees from the frontal plane, at the same time as it deviates 16 degrees from the sagittal plane? The two planes in the video makes 90 degrees to each other. The explanation of the joint motion is perfect!
