@@Medfinhealth Thank you for your detailed explaination. But altough NAC is not proven and approved by authorities, i believe that it is worth to try it before deciding for surgery. If i have time and my cataract has no emergency, it may be hope in önder to get rid of loosing natural lenses forever.

@@BeinG.IITIANi told you in steps so step 1 believe at yourself that you can cure hernia without operation step 2 never lift any havy weight in standing position first sit down than lift weight and stand up step 3 don't sleep on any soft bed matres or any lose bed step 4 sleep on eath or and hard object so that your back be streigh i hope you understand because my english is not so good i from pakistan and speek urdu now the important steep in all of that step 5 put some 2 or three pillows at your foot side and sleep putt your legs on pillows and sleep my mean your legs will be up than your head i hope you understand or sleep at any bed that surface is hard not lose put your legs up than you head and your hernia will be beck not come outword you do this about 5 months so than you see your hernia slowly slowly going back step 6 until you can't cure stop all that running exercise havy lift exercise or any other exercise just take long breathing and sleep like that always one day inshaAllah you will be fit thanks i hope you understand all that
