Thanks for this. However when putting the drawer back I can’t get the runner hooks to locate so the drawer falls off the runners. Any tips for getting the hooks to locate?

Hi, you can add a battery powered back up that fits in to the back of the control panel. Hope this helps.

I have to admit that she’d be alright for me Rhodesian ridgeback and my brother because when the three of us go camping it’d be perfect because at the end of the day my dog sleeps at the end of my bed and my brother prefers his own privacy so it ticks all the boxes

Thanks for your question. There are a couple white rectangular buttons (one each side) at the front of the drawer runner. If you push those up the drawer front will unclip.

nice video, looked at the 2024 model at the show tis week. Have you ever thought of doing an outside walk around, as on this one good points are the flush windows and the rear locker that goes through from side to side, and the battery is that under the floor? as if so would explain the silly plave for the power cable, anyone that gets this van should get the flat typr of hook up lead plug as it wont stick out so much, thats what im going to get so have les chance of it being walked in to. the real down side to most vans is that all the storage space to not be able to really use because of the low weight that you can put in the van especially when you take in to account that the motor mover and battery has to come out of the user payload nice video tho

Thank you for this video. I was stuck with such a situation after midnight waiting to board a ferry and nipped out to get some food. 10 minutes only and someone tried to steal the caravan and wrenched the plug out. Lucky I had a hitch lock because they couldnt disconnect it from my van. I couldnt get plug to go back in and needed electrics for towing, I only had an old screwdriver but after watching your video, I realigned the plug and it works. Big thank you👍

Agreed with the others ref the table, but one thing that was said on the film, the table can be lowered to the floor. Please can you share a photo of a film of it in this position, Alternately with a bit of DIY can it be removed completely please?

This model is the 2024 model. It still features the electrically operated table, which is extremely functional and versatile. The table can be opened up or folded down to provide different sizes, and it can also move depending on where people are sitting. Additionally, the table serves as a base for the bed, making it even more practical and useful.

@venturecaravans The table mentioned is completely in the way most of the time and blocks up what would be a spacious lounge area. It is not required and a free standing or pedestal table would be much better, especially if the arrangement for making the lower bed was better thought out and the adaptive nature of the seats makes them an uncomfortable dogs dinner. Many would like to see a dedicated two birth model of this van, with two permanent, dedicated settees with storage below, a removable table to free up lounge space and either the electric drop down bed or the two settees sliding together to make a double bed allowing for more storage lockers above. I think this would address the serious shortcomings of the lounge area of this van from a couples point of view.

Thank you so much for this video. The bedding straps had detached on my Phonenix and I couldn't see how to repair it. Once I saw how to remove the draw, it was just stapling the strap to the cabinet lower upright, leaving one slat in the void. Thank you so much.

Sorry for the miscommunication. He meant the boiler/heating system. Although on the Bailey Alicante models, the twin-axle caravans have a built-in water tank.

I forgot to add that the bulbous head isn’t so prominent as other motor homes and I don’t know if it’s just me but after a few mishaps with low bridges but I ended up putting a sign on my dashboard so I couldn’t end bashing the bulb or my sat dome
