Something important is to note how most steelhead/salmon bobbers have a number of granms listed on it for example 4.8 or 7.0 grams. Its how much weight it takes to balance the float and it can be extremely important especially during tough bites against pressured fish. Each condition calls for a certain shape and size float and shot pattern that will allow the bait to drift slightly ahead of the bobber. Always start with larger shot then smaller as you get closer to the bait. Dont get me wrong you will catch fish with bunched shot and at times its the way to go but can also be the difference in getting fish or not. And always go with a smaller flouro leader so you dont lose the entire rig and potentially expensive float. I prefer mono main line because braid doesnt like the cold as much in my experience but they both float and are good options, but pick a color you can see so you can track your line and know when to mend it

This is not a slip float, you are modifying a slip float into an adjustable fixed float by using tunbing to hold line stationary.please delete and resubmit under a corrected cover line..😢

No we are not, at least i didn't see any. But i did see arteries cut and humans didn't even flinch or kept going for a little while. There are gore sites where you can study the anatomy of human stabbings, shootings, killings. This way, you learn to stay away from those situations and maybe it won't happen to you.

No. Lung short for example take 20-40 seconds or so till death. How long can you hold your breath? Lung/heart shots are ideal. Minimal meat loss

I guess that is why I will always favor using a rifle over using a bow. If that was a strong buck with world-class antlers, hard telling how far he would run. I like to drop my dinner in its tracks. A lot less suffering.

That deer was dead on it’s feet. A “strong buck” would have died within seconds like she did with that shot placement. Not all deer shot with a rifle drop in their tracks either.
