Sang this in high school in the early ‘60’s as part of a madrigal group. Loved it then and now. Beautifully performed by this choir!

Its French Canadian Folk song yes, but not from Quebec. This is an Acadian Folk song, not a Quebecois Folk song. But very good performance!

My choir sung this too! I sung Soprano 1. I really like your choir; however, the treble trio, while sounding great, could have worked better on the higher notes at the end. I personally know how hard Whistle is to sing in chorale and I applaud you for that. The sopranos did the best choir I have ever seen with that. I couldn't quite clearly hear some of their words, as some of the vowels were spread too thin, but DARN, you guys are amazing. A'Capella is really hard to sing and I actually cried when I saw this. I hope you guys won first place!
