To fix that diaphragm i just used a Electrical insulation tape..and it worked fine. Did the job 👍🏻 thank you

You need to take a screw driver and run it along the top circular panel inside and push the wired membrane outside. It caused a small dent in the outer body but as my speakers are working fine now, so I have no complaints.
