Yip, finally got my Rhabdo badge. Have exercised before that i know why the Trex was probably an angry dinosaur. First time having coke coloured pee. Muscle soreness weirdly is enjoyable untill you cant dress yourself or its a mission to wipe your ass. 😅

Never knew over training was a thing aka Rhabdomyolysis aka Rhabdo 🤡🤮☠️ ...especially a deadly thing!! Doctors said I was lucky to be alive☘️ My shoulder coming out of socket saved my life! Otherwise I would have stayed home and died☠️ I guess training 7 days a week with 4-5 days twoadays while Fasting 7 days a week for 16-24hrs and drinking 1-2 pots of coffee and a heavy dose of Kratom for pain has taken its toll on my old ass of 56 years young in da House! I felt like superman but now I'm seriously rethinking my next comeback #whosindahouse #Fitover50 Crazy how life can turn on a dime. But in every negative there's a positive, it just sometimes takes time to figure out! Time for another comeback💪This one is gonna be another tough struggle! I basically can't do anything. If my arm moves the slightest in anyway the broken pieces move and the pain is significant😱 Wearing a shoulder brace for 6-8 weeks which will set me back back!! Any help is much appreciated 🙏 www.gofundme.com/f/help-for-lou-while-he-recovers #healingjourney #whosindahouse #fitnessjourney #fitover50 #redlighttherapy #saunatherapy #grounded #NikolaTesla #fountainofyouth #ninelives #wellness #fuckcancer #intermittentfasting #healthylifestyle #overtraining #Oxygentherapy #vibrationalhealing #frequencyhealing #healthy #intermittentfasting #fitness #fountainofyouth

I really need advice , I’ve been out the hospital for at least a month now but I still feel week in my legs and the soreness only gets bad when I lay down . Me getting this was because of drug induced . I don’t know what to do where it actually annoys me at night and not being able to walk property up and down stairs like my balance is not there . I’m ready to fall if I don’t try

So many good saying was said about Doctor Madida on KZbin and i was desperate to get cured of herpes virus and Pulmonary fibrosis. My greatest joy was that Dr Madida was a genuine and safe person who did sent me the herbal medicine I requested for, I used it as he instructed me and after then all the symptoms I use to have all stopped. I went for another diagnosis and my doctor confirmed me Herpes virus Negative and my Pulmonary fibrosis reversed after so many and strictly test I undergo. I don't know about all other doctors but Dr Madida is this greatest herbalist I have ever known.

Now I do 28 push-ups a day, not 140. And none of my sets are “To failure” now. Forget it! I’m not losing my kidneys over this! I’m sixty years old, by the way.
@MeeJunksEavy6 ай бұрын
Don't think a nerdly 140 push-ups will put you in a high-risk factor for rhabdo. How did you land on 28 reps 😂. No pain...

*I smoked for 14 years and got rewarded with COPD for 3 years,It was a near-death experience that made my family to ask me to write my will cos my condition was hopeless* , which I have now narrowly escaped from. I got cured with simple natural Chinese herbs and oil from Dr Shen, someone from this comment section gave me the doctor's contact who sent me herbs that worked like magic in a few weeks. Congratulations to me.

This video actually helped me make the decision just now to find a new doctor. My current treatment plan is clearly ineffective as l continue to have daily symptoms which now interrupt my life. Yet still...my doctor has classed my asthma as mild intermittent and suggests she will investigate further at a Dr appointment weeks away. 😳...l am encouraged to go see better care, elsewhere.

I can tell from experience this is extremely painful. The first symptoms is shortening of breathing and muscles cramping up as you will most likely curl forward in agony. Its not to be confused with musclecramps, but the symptoms can feel exactly the same. Im going through operation tomorrow, and had a tube connected to my lung through a hole in the chest since sunday. Take care of your health everyone!

I ended up getting rhabdomyolosis about a year ago. And it was all because I did two and a half months in jail with covid so there was no rec center. Got out of jail, with no vehicle, and had to walk 12 miles to a hotel for the night. So two days later after the whole time my legs being extremely sore and weak. I take a shower everything's fine, I get out go to put my socks on and realize that my feet were almost one and a half times their original size. I thought no big deal it's just from walking too much it'll go away. So two more days and I start noticing I haven't urinated in over 48 hours. And I started getting kidney pain. So I go to the hospital and they do blood work. And it turns out my CK level was over 10,000. So they admitted me and I was on constant IV fluids for a little over 3 days until I can finally urinate a decent color urine. So a piece of advice to anybody that does even a month in jail where you can't move around as much because a covid. When you get out do not over exert yourself in any way. You can end up going into kidney failure like I almost did

Thank you, sir. Saw cardiologist first. Will be tested, due to feeling like I'm being stragled. He did not like the sound of that. I quit smoking month ago, coughing gone quick, but fatigue and other symptoms are worsening. So, on to pulmonology. I'm sad my physician dismissed everything as, "I think it's just your smoking." Not even referring me or asking further questions. So I'm fortunate enough to have government medical care, that allows me to see a specialist without referral. Shortens time. Still sad.

Just what I needed to know. Thanks. Ten years after stopping statins I still have weakness, wasting and pain in many muscles - palpitations, hand and leg cramps and spasms, extreme fatigue and breathlessness with slightest exertion. Vitamins B1 and B12 plus potassium and magnesium are helping me noticeably over the past couple of months. However, I'm still researching to see if I can get further gains. Thank you again.

How did you get off of statins?

Just stop. No tailing off - not necessary despite what people say. Join a F/Book group for statins damage if that’s helpful.

It's funny you say that because I agree with everything except the non-distracting part. I spend most of my time trying to figure out why the hand is there when it's clearly all computerized versions of the original drawings and handwriting.
