There may be bugs or glitches, try exiting the game and then logging back in. Hope this helps.

This quest is only available when the event starts, for the game update this month August 2024 there is none. Maybe there will be another one in the next events, for the time I don't know when, you can see information on social media or the Wuthering Wave website

Previously I apologize because I don't know, and because I haven't experienced it, but is it possible that it happens when doing the quest near night (time in game). Because as far as I know this quest can only be done from morning to evening (time in game) not at night. Correct me if I am wrong

@@OwlField69 yeah it’s not that. Mine was in the day not night. I see others having the same problem too. No idea why haha. But hey, at least it said I finished the quest. That’s something I guess? HAHA. Weird bug but idk. :/

Owh thank goodness then, the thing I was worried about with that bug was getting stuck on that quest

I play this game using PC

You can click on the mission and click on the track, then if you are using a mouse and keyboard, click the v button when the "(Chixia) Request Call" display appears in the middle of the bottom of the screen.

If it still doesn't appear, you may need to restart the game and then log back in. Hopefully that can help you, if it still doesn't work please forgive me.

​@@OwlField69So the game fixed itself I pressed v and it went up finished it. I guess it was just a me issue that game had to fix or prompt I just uninstalled and clicked mission then it showed up and to do it for this and the 3rd quest.

Iya kah? Udah lama juga nggak main lagi, mungkin menu setting ganti bahasanya pindah atau gimana, soalnya setau saya kalau sebelumnya udah tersedia bahasa tersebut nggak bakal hilang

Was the enemy attacked before rescuing the hostage? If so, it probably won't appear again

@@OwlField69 i fixed it by just leaving the area and coming back. i didnt kill them before, they just never spawned
