I found that the "maximum resolution of Pro content is limited to 480,000 total pixels per content file when un-edited" . They also have an example on their site that can be used if your case matches the example: "The author generated this text in part with GPT-3, OpenAI’s large-scale language-generation model. Upon generating draft language, the author reviewed, edited, and revised the language to their own liking and takes ultimate responsibility for the content of this publication."
