I would label this video SUPER NEW TO CROCHET, so newbies can find it and experienced do not. Ty I'm sure it's great!!! A newbie would love this

I’m sure it’s a great tutorial, but your hands were always over the dark blue “ball,” leaving me unable to really see what you were doing. I had a better visualization when you moved it. But for me, I couldn’t follow. I’ll keep following you though for more tutorials!! Thanks

What type of yarn is that? It looks nice and easy to work with. More importantly, awesome video!

"re-teaching" myself to crochet. When I was little I learned how to chain & that's as far as my "lessons". Trying to do the 2nd row/foundation has been driving me INSANE. Watched tips, step-by-step, "hacks", etc...your first tip was so well explained & visual that it finally made sense! People complicate their "simple instructions" but you made it so easy!!

So , I’m not sure but do you put the yarn under when you first bring the loop , then yarn over to finish it ?

I am just starting, my top mistakes were tension and keeping straight lines, my scarf kept going out or in. I think I’m getting the hang of it though. I have noticed that smaller hooks make more stitches and I like that. I don’t like a ton of air/light coming through my project. For scarves with lots of air means it keeps me less warm. Same for the blanket. I’m actually using a 5.5m hooked yarn but I am using a 4m hook, making smaller tighter stitches. I love how dense it is. Yes I love my blanket from grandma but I’d never use it with all those holes in it.

Pretty blanket! Making it now. The video is OK, but the pattern is helpful to clarify some things. And wow, when you show the color change upside down in your video it boggles my brain. LOL!

This was an excellent tutorial and it taught me that not every stitch is used in the flat. Some stitches are best just used in the round. That was very good advice. Thank you.

Thanks for your video. I think the point of Intarsia Crochet is to use different bobbins, so that the back does not show the “flutes”. The finishing at the back should look almost as the front…

How can I increase the stitches

This is not a tutorial for a beginner to C2C! Your yarn was too dark and bulky to see what you were doing, and your explanations were clear as mud. I will be frogging what I did and starting over with a different tutorial. 😬

Thank you! Semi beginner. Started when I was just round 6. My mother and both grandmothers taught me. However, it's not something I had enough interest in, until now. I know some minor fundamental things. Your video taught me many things I've been doing wrong, and the light bulb came on. Well, I thought, these explain a lot of my frustrations. Lol, so thank you!!

HOW MANY INCREASES????
@wondergranny22994 ай бұрын
You're instructions are all over the place. Can't follow along. Like when you say to increase on row 6, but you don't say HOW MANY i creases. It's like you're expectin us to already know the pattern.

I stopped a c2c blanket project so long ago I forgot how to do c2c. Mind blown that I should have been inserting my hook to stitch 1 of previous box. 😂 I'm not frogging these last 4 rows

Best way to keep project straight is toCOUNT your stitches. That will be your first clue to let you know.

What happens if I’ve done a large part of a blanket and one side the edges look good but on the other side, sometimes it goes in by a stitch or out by one stitch and so they’re uneven. Can I make a border that goes all the way around even if it’s in a different color to make up for that?
