@ it could be, but they would be pretty old, and you could hardly run basic softwares…. I was also thinking about the latest intel macs, and for them Catalina could be a downgrade, yes, but coming with a lot of performances. I’m pretty shure its the last intel optimised mac os, from big sur (version 11 if I’m right) they where designed more for apple arm cpus

@malu_1 Catalina was widely hated among the community for its lack of stability and polish. Many many apps were broken for no apparent reason in Catalina

I would love a sequal video with the "downgrade essential guide". How to make macs multiboot and downgrade them to the "golden" versions and how to get matching applications. I find 10.6, 10.11 and 10.14 quintessential versions. I recently got a MacPro 2013 and made it multiboot 10.11/10.14/12.0. Strange enough, I find myself to do lots of stuff in El Captian. The system is looking so clean and polished. Mojave is very nice too.

there is just something oddly satisfying about listening to the update process of all of the different versions of MacOS. The spinning of the disk, the clicking of the trackpad, the types of the keyboard. Not only is this video high quality and high effort, but also like a strange kind of ASMR that's oddly satisfying to listen to. Amazing video 10/10.
