How can I print multiple rows of 1” circle label? What software would I be able to use?

You can use any graphics package but the key is making the labels as one design. I would recommend a rectangle label with two circles inside. This way the artwork is a white rectangle with two circles and you can bleed the print + have a straight edge for alignment. It's the best way to print multiple circles or shapes. To buy in India you should go to afinia.com. also you can't apply labels edge to edge. There needs to be a gap around the label.

When did you calibrated cut line, it should work for different cut files? Or every.time you need calibrate it?

If your black mark and page setup is consistent, you will have minimal if any moving forward.

Thanks for very fast answer ! Problem was that black mark wasn't consistent. I have another question about label slitters. Can you get consistent labels widths ? I have some difficultys to get them slitting consistently.

@cobra3310 if the machine is clean, tension again is consistent and you aren't cutting too small then it works well. If you struggle you should contact your supplier as they will know your setup and should be able to guide you / train you.

Question, when using the printhead cartridges for the first time, is it normal it produces zigzaglines on the first prints?

If it's all new then run through the cleaning process or ink circulation option to get the ink flowing. The key to this machine is keeping the print head in use with the ink flowing. If you persistently get what looks like tiger strips / zigzags then you might need to increase the head height. This can be done in the toolbox with the touch of a button. If it's purely when you install a new head then it's most likely just bringing that head to life.

For the technology used i would argue it's very compact. Toner printers are large as a standard and this machine is as compact / smaller than any "roll to roll" toner printer on the market.

This doesn't print on pouches I'm afraid. It's an applicator that is applying pre-printed labels. It speeds up that process and add consistency.

Bubbles are more down to the bottle and label combonation. The machine is great for consistent, smooth, bubble free application, but if your bottle or jar isn't smooth you can get bubbles. This isn't down to the machine so if you have any bottles you would like testing we can do that before purchase. Just get in touch.

@BobVella-r4g we print on both kraft papers and some plastics but it's can't print on everything. Plastics can't be difficult dues to the heat so always test before purchasing.

What do you mean? If it's what settings to use when printing from a pdf then just make sure all of the sizes match. Label size, media definition and artwork all need to be the same.

I don't know the name of the font but i think it's the UK standard number plate font.
