I love watching Chepe fight! Great all around fighter, but his judo is what really makes him stand out. You don’t see many mma fighters specialize in that compared to other styles.

grappling literally destroyed what fighting once stood for... Should be limited or seperated, like only stand fighters vs stand fighters and grapplers vs grapplers. The problem is that you are not allowed to fully protect against grappling by rules to protect fighters health, which is why grappling always wins. Its much harder to defend against takedowns than taking someone down.

A lot of the fanbase thought he wouldn't even crack the top 15 of the mw division but after 308 they think he could make it to top5 but not good enough to challenge for the title. Why would you pull down someone's right arm when you are trying to hit him with your right hand?? What he did is called a Perry. He perried Max's right with his left and caught him with an overhand right of his own. This was 100% not Jujitsu there were zero jujitsu moves being implemented at best it was wrestling with strikes from the back that does not fall into any catergory, jujitsu is about leverage and angles and submissions not punching and kicking from the back
