Primidone is working for me, too! Currently on 75mg per day. I can write clearly and pick up objects without spilling the contents. My guitar playing is much better. Conclusion:- I have more control.

It’s terrible to not be able to read your own handwriting, unable to write checks or balance your check book bc you’re unable to read the numbers you scribbled. Unable to apply eye makeup or apply nail polish. Dishing out food bc it goes flying off the spoon. Unable to clip your dogs nails. Very frustrating and possibly dangerous.

I'm 42 years old and I've been suffering from essential tremor since childhood. I already lost my job because of the tremor, I really wanted help from the hospital.

Hi, Bruno. Sadly, Essential Tremors can start as young as two years of age. It sounds as if nobody ever diagnosed the cause. Sometimes hypothyroudism or hepatolenticular disease (a liver disease), or Wilson's Disease can cause such tremors therefore testing must be done to rule these out and make sure that your shaking is in fact caused by Essential Tremors because treatment is different for different diseases even if one or more of the symptoms are the same or similar. I hope you have insurance. I think it's horrible and cruel that nobody cared enough to diagnose you all these years. Please go to a neurologist and ask him or her to rule out--or in--Essential Tremors along with the other above-mentioned conditions. (And not everyone, even if they all have the same disease, is a candiidate for the same treatment. E.g., there's a case study of one gentleman for whom 20 mg. of a propranolol pill twice daily worked. Medical treatments are not one size fits all. Good luck, Bruno, and God bless you.)

Propranolol 20 twice daily didn’t help me at all. I can’t read my own writing and forget numbers in a checkbook. I used to have beautiful handwriting and now I just scribble. It’s been going on since 2021..

Al margen de la capacidad de procreación del útero, de si se trata de una mujer menopaúsica o premenopaúsica,... sólo a la mujer le incumbe decidir por su templo femenino. La mutilación es un acto de renuncia a la energía femenina aunque no tengas planeado tener descendencia. A nadie le agrada que le hagan una matectomía aunque no vayas a dar de mamar. Es cuestión de tu integridad física y psicológica. Esta técnica no sé si es viable para algunos casos de fibromas/miomas pero me parece muy interesante contemplarla para evitar la extirpación del útero. 🌼

Sandra Brown , although I have an extensive medical background, I am not a doctor. However, I can tell you that what you most likely have is Parkinson's. Essential Tremors can affect the voice but so can Parkinson's Disease, so can spasmodic dysphonia (which attorney Robert Kennedy Jr. has), and so can some other conditions. can Regardless, no doctor can diagnose you without an in-person physical and neurologic testing. Don't get your hopes up--or dashed--without thorough neurologic testing from a specialist: a neurologist.
