I searched on their website, or am I missing something? another question, I am studying teaching and have assist at a school Monday to Friday, is it viable to try and apply or the Agent operator job will be better in terms of the hours I need to put in?

Guys, if it is almost 20 working days after doing and submitting the Retorio video assessment and am no longer able to access the knowledge base link... Does this mean I have not been successful in acquiring the position? I was under the impression that if I am unsuccessful, I was going to get a rejection email.

Just be patient my dear, it took them 4 months to respond to me but for others it took a short while to get a response. If you did not get a rejection email, do not reapply they will get back to you.

I recommend it, I'm a project manager now earning $6500 weekly, what made things easier for me is that I'm a developer by trade but a friend of mine isn't and he's one step away from being a project manager as well.

It takes a village afterall. I would also recommend people to actually get into the habit of knowing more about the industry, makes climbing up the ladder much easier than trying to make things up as you go.

I just received an email with two links. One for instructions and one for the assessment. Both links take me to the same place. I see the multiple choice questions but there is no way to select an answer, which makes me think that both links are for a worksheet, although it's not labeled as such. Very confusing directions and I can't move forward. I emailed the "hiring-agent" who I'm sure is an automated email and I don't expect a reply. This is typical of these companies.
