what can i buy to make a yugoslav partisan loadout like yours?
@baki4341 Жыл бұрын
Im very late you might have managed it by now, but its a mix of everything, some you need to have custom made, and in instances you can use german uniform parts with sewn in partisan insignia like a rank or something, maybe a few different peices regarding gear like a belt a strap, and a hat titovka, Triglavka or if you want to portray a serbian a sajkaca, plenty of other photos online though so you can use it as refernce

I forgot to mention, you can Also use prety much use any old peice of European clothing Like civilian Coats and Boots if they are from the period, as thats how most started of their war, Also a certain British uniform cause it was supllied to the partisans, i could talk For days about what you can Wear but i Will assume you understand where im going with this, there is a lot you can but if you use even one you arent supposed to it Will look wrong, so any army that ocupied yugoslavia, and some allied gear peices, Like those od Britain, not the US or the Soviets but a lot of info is already availible on Google so im just refining it i guess

Regarding weaponry, For early war you can use old mausers and double barrels, along with Italian and German weaponry, this depends on where your partisan is from, if hes from the coast he Will primarily have Italian rifles and arms, as he doesnt come in contact with germans, if hes more Continental, its a mix, if you ste doing a mid to late war, its Italian, German, and from 1944 onward limited suply of British and Soviet smgs, again i could talk For days, but its if you want to really get deep Into the accuracy if not just do what you feel as long as you use the apropriate items

@@baki4341 what would you suggest for a croatian partizan
@baki434111 ай бұрын
@@dianaholwerda8850 lets say he was from dalmatia, the coast Early war you can do basicly anything that is within the time period, there are even some pictures where certain fighters used pants from a suit or as my great grandfather had just a regular jacket of some sort and a suit vest underneath, you could also go for the uniforms mainly italian for early war or royal yugoslav Mid war either german or italian uniforms and gear, by now everyone is prety decked out with all kinds of gear just a lot more army gear and weaponry Late war is all the same as mid war except the usage of the british uniform which was supllied to the fighters nearing wars end Its confusing but thats prety much how it was for them back then

I was there that day. You can just barely see me in the video (I'm the kid on the far right on 1:22 helping carry the fuel). It was my first WWII battle, it was a very fun experience. Unforntualy I died early on due to the Germans flanking us.

Many thanks for the details, I want to create something similar but I really need to source some "hump" tracks that will fit with my AFX - Super International set.

Hi Anthony, Thanks for the compliment. There isn't a build layout. It was scratch built with original model motoring track. The layout is 3ft x 8ft. All four lanes share a 5amp/15 watt per lane power supply found at any Radio Shack store. Scoring is Trakmate software and scoring sensors are LED and photo sensors embedded in the track and bridge. Fencing is hand built. Larry built the track and scenery and slowly added all the people over the years.

Hello! I really like that layout, borders, decorations. Do you have a link to a build for the table?

Really enjoyed stumbling onto your channel guys. Entertaining competitive fun. Running a 2 lane set up atm, but hope to start constructing and testing some 4 lane layouts soon. Just trying to source an AFX International 4 lane set, then add in some extra pieces and my own design. Managed to source two AFX electronic lap counters that can be hooked up for 4 player racing, and also 2 sets of 4 lane banked turns. Just have to figure out how to get some of that great scenery you guys use.

Love the track and landscaping. I'm just getting back into slot car racing after all these years. My boy will be four years old soon...so it's about that time.
