Codashop used to do 3rd party top up services as well and now they are officially recognized by Hoyoverse. As for the risks, I am doubtful anyone could get banned or get their account deleted by using these services especially when it only requires UID. For example, my UID is always visible in my videos, anyone could top up on my account and get me banned if it really is bannable. From what I know, they simply take advantage of regional discounts and apply it to your account. Don't quote me on this though, I don't know how 3rd party top up sites exactly work.

All I can say is that Jade is truly the strongest AOE damage dealer and she is like way stronger than the current competition. Obviously, I don't know how strong 3.0 characters would be so better wait and see how The Herta performs before making a decision.

Barely any difference but in some cases, it allows her to get more energy since her own basic adds a stack to her signature.

Replace Yunli with Pela/Sparkle and use Fugue to buff Lingsha instead. Lingsha's AOE attacks and followups will inflict Def break and buff Acheron's Ult.

Lisara, with Fugue's exo-toughness do you think it's worth switching HMC from BE to ERR rope to maximize the amount of AA from DDD? In pure fiction seems worth to me, but still in doubt about it for the other modes due to less enemies to break

If you can't reach 250% with Cavalry, just go for Thief set. I think FF would still do the most toughness damage in your team so just give the Foxian Prayer to FF.

Need an Acheron / Jiaoqiu / Ruan Mei / Fugue showcase. That team and himeko x herta would be my only reasons for her as I'm currently saving for Robin vertical investment (e1 & s1). Her lightcone banner is what's really doing it for me, her lc AND DDD. Idk, I think it's more value pulls and account wise.

Hi Lisara! I have a question on who I should use Fugue’s skill on in a Fugue/RM/HMC/Firefly team Is it worth using Fugue’s skill on HMC in fights with non-imaginary weak enemies so HMC can contribute to reducing toughness?

Could depend on fights yea. If there's only 1 target and it's not weak to Imaginary, then ideally you should give Foxian Prayer to HTB. Otherwise, FF.

While I think Lingsha is a very good character, I'm not sure how futureproof she is. Fugue on the otherhand, I'm pretty sure that Hoyo will eventually release more characters to keep her relevant in the future patches.

@@xtclynx E1 Fugue will definitely keep her relevant for a very very long time since I don't think superbreak will fall off. I can give my thoughts on Therta once I release an early access video for her. Early access vids are usually out 1 week before the banner.

And nice to know she can be decent holder of Jiaoqiu's Cone (I usually have mine on Swan but switch her to the Solitary Healing sometimes).

No I am saying unless you can get it for free, it is either E2S0 or stay at E0S0, Fugue E1 while giving more break damage. isn't worth the 300 bucks gamble. her E2 is way too expensive at 600 gamble garantee. but he I paid for E3S0 Firefly cause I love her. so maybe my opinion is moot. while it does increase damage with 50% more break efficiency (so your break numbers get multiplied with 50% more) it isn't worth 300 bucks for me. rather save for Lingsha and make that Fugue Lingsha combo even both at E0S0 Doesn't dissapoint and get their own team, later on you can upgrade if you notice you always use those two characters everywhere.

DDD doesn't work on Fugue cause she is nhility, only harmony units can use DDD, but her lightcon was crap, I already said so, but people can't resist to pull LC it cause it makes her complete. she worked already better with Pearl to a Resolution, works better with Solitaire healing. (cause her ultimate breaks with the break effect she would always leave flame DOTS to refund her energy). but more break and damage. while great isn't the answer to everything.

@@vae9805 Damage out put on a subpar character who cannot stack up Critical Critical damage or Attack is not a damage worth upping up unless there is a secondary effect that is more important. but damage is all, nope damage is not all, Action Advance Action Delay and Skill points is all in this game, check the latest PF, where you can spam skills and it action advance you to gain a extra turn, how much more damage did you output... oh.. but but... oh ... but but that is why people cannot do calculations they are too emotion driven. MOAR damage is FEEL Good. more turns is more damage more speed is more actions. is MOAR damage but BIG NÜMBERS... too emotion driven the total is what counts.

Go for E2 she becomes OP at E2 really OP, cause everything that breaks X2 refunds energy. thus charges her ultimate faster, thus triggers action advance 24% faster. I don't want the funds to spent to E0S0 - E2S0 Fugue, cause I wanted Firefly at E2S0. (paid for it) if she didn't run with Firefly, I would have invested into Fugue E2S0. So for the Herta I have to toss out money again sadly.

Sad I lost my 50/50 with Bronya (E3), I will do my best to get Fugue on her Rerun when the time comes (Unless I somehow get lucky with single remaining warps, but I'm not getting my hopes up) Let's hope Exo-Thougness gets more uses with future releases.

You still got 12 days that is everyday playing roughly around 22 tickets if you have missions left. save them up and pull at the last day. if you fail then you are garanteed for the herta. if you succeed then even better, exo-toughness always work cause she is on field. unless enemies cannot be broken ... but those enemies are less then 10% in whole of HSR even in the future, cause all DPSer aside from META (relic grinded dpsers) suffer with sanctuary mode. sorry majority of players cannot be that lucky to get 90% critical rate and 150% critical damage with relics.

Cheapest team in HSR history, a two man team that provides eachother everything, Super Break X2 Heals Debuffs X3 (lingsha ultimate has a debuff too) Auto Cleanse and Super DPS especially at break. only downside is Lingsha one attack skill hit .. so wouldn't benefit that much from RMC True Damage, but her summon Bunny (who did the most of the damage anyway) gets more benefit from RMC true damage. so even in 3.0 she still will function.

To be fair, Crit Lingsha exists and works as a hypercarry so she didn't particularly need Fugue. Fugue does make an SB Lingsha hypercarry very strong.

E1 Fugue gives party wide Break Damage effiency, while E1 Lingsha only gives her 50% break effiency. so E1 fugue is more value for Rappa.

@@Daniel-ru8je Ah I see my mistake, sorry ... did they change that, cause E1 was suppose to make her like a Ruan Mei. then in that case still better then Lingsha cause you can place it everywhere, but in truth I stayed at E0S0 .. I would only go for E2S0 with Fugue, not for E1 (even if that more damage is meta, bla nonesense it only applies to break damage and super break bonus damage too costly for such a niche feature in money cost) E2S0 Fugue is where she becomes OP. and a totally different unit.

Does Before the Tutorial Mission Starts LC's energy gain only proc once per attack or per enemy? If per enemy hit then seems like it would be the best for ult regeneration when paired with an AoE hitter with her skill buff right? Additional 24 energy (3 enemies x 8 energy) on her basics and possibly 5 x 8 on her ults in e.g. PF?

Am glad I took an extra step and got that E1, it's a truly marvelous upgrade to Firefly's already bonkers toughness damage and I'm all into making sure her team is auto friendly (HMC sucks so bad in the SP department). Going for FF E1 next, wish me luck!

Best of luck go for FF E1 you will never regret it, she is a pinch hitter at E1, able to function any team where you lack damage, just need HMC or Fugue to enhance her even more. See even pokke tested her with Acheron in his latest video and found out Fire Fraud is a beast :P hope you get a double and get E2.

@@Kindi001 he's on BE% rope for more damage and BE sharing, so he needs to skill every turn to keep ult at 100% uptime unless I manage to break a lot of enemies (which is unrealistic outside PF)

A real Must Pull character, a Character who boost Archeron for New Players who followed that shitty meta Hype of Must pull. (totally overblown). then veterans say don't use Fugue with Archeron wait forever for a fox guy rerun. and New and F2P have to bench Acheron after they been hyped up to pull for her. Even if you have Lingsha Fugue alone combined with Lingsha is a team combo, allowing Lingsha and Fu Yuan (her bunny) to be a real DPSER. Fugue allows Himeko and other older DPSer to work, who normally are sub par dps cause ability to ignore toughness and stack a defense debuff times two. (cause of two super break possibility) Fugue alone enables super break for ALL by just being on the field. super break is bonus damage. now you know who is telling the truth. About must pull characters. and who really play the game.

I don't know how much longer Lingsha would keep her meta status but I think Fugue is more futureproof because she is bound to get synergistic pairs in the future based on how Hoyo designs their new characters.

Hard to say if Lingsha will stay as one of the best characters throughout version 3 but Fugue might be crucial to some of the future characters. If you're clearing content w/o Lingsha, I'd say go for Fugue just for the sake of futureproofing.

Pull them both, Lingsha value will not drop, and she needs Fugue to form the Lingsha-Fugue combo. the cheapest DPS/Break/Heal/Cleanse team combo in whole of HSR. Just pull Fugue and save up for Lingsha or spent some for Lingsha even at the cost of the Herta if you lack sustain/damage/cleanse issue. there is a BUT cause True Damage of RMC affects action hits, Lingsha isn't the best DPS.. with just one action hit. but the Bunny has more luckily. E6 Lingsha bunny gaining more hits means they already knew what was going to be meta next patch, true damage.
